Fitbit One Wireless Activity Plus Sleep Tracker

Being active during the day is one of the most beneficial things a human can do for themselves, not only health wise but mentally too. Raising your daily activity can boost your immune system, induce an endorphin rush, and if you're loosing weight too it can give your confidence an extra push throughout the day. However, its hard to manage your activity as well as keep striving towards your goals if you've got no time to write everything down which is the case for most. Fitbit's One Wireless Activity Tracker acts like a mobile personal assistant for your fitness, activity, and nutrition goals.

The One Style
Unlike most Fitbit bands the "One" model is less than two inches long and less than half an inch wide which makes it sleek and versatile while you're on the go. It can be clipped to your shirt pocket, belt, or bra and is barely visible to other people. Not only is it discreet to wear its one of the easier models of Fitbit to use. The One keeps your daily stats on display and if you need a little push to keep moving towards your goals all you have to do is press the button once. The OLED display will cycle through your stats for the day and show you how close you are to completing your daily goals. The Fitbit One keeps track of miles traveled, stairs climbed, calories burned, and steps taken for up to seven days and keeps the last twenty-three days of stat totals.

Tried and true like all Fitbits the One is sweat, rain, and splash proof. The soft pliable material fits snugly against your clothes and the One is not meant to be pressed up against your skin so make sure its on the outside layer of your clothing with the screen facing outward. The clip itself is made of silicon and plastic so there's not risk of chaffing or scratching while you're running, biking, or working out while wearing the device. If you're an active mountain climber or biker you can wear the Fitbit One up to an altitude of 30,000 feet before it stops functioning. The lithium powered battery can last up to fourteen days without a charge but if you're consistently active its better to charge it at least once a week.

Sleep Tracking
A big part of living a healthy lifestyle and feeling your best is ensuring you get enough sleep each night. While many of us stay up late because of work or family the Fitbit One can help you ease into a routine night schedule by monitoring how much you sleep and how well you sleep. For those who share the bed with someone the Fitbit One's alarm is a gentle vibration that only you'll feel so your partner can sleep soundly. Monitoring your sleep can help you adjust your activity to fit the amount of sleep you get so you'll be feeling your best every day.
